10/23/2012 Entry: "Day 3: Gartner Symposium"

From a conference perspective, today was pretty good. I had about 2 hours of Enterprise Architecture material. And while I'm really tired of reading Gartner material (since that's about all I do in the class I'm taking for my masters in EA), hearing it was way better. Plus they have new research about business-outcome-driven EA that I really like. A lot! Plus we had a technology trends session, and 2 keynotes. Some time on the show floor and private party at Hollywood Studios. Tower of Terror, awesome as usual. Rock N Roller Coaster, awesome. Star Tours? Made me want to puke. Bleh.

I am super tired of being away from real life. I'm more than ready to return home. But that's not going to happen for a couple of days. Sigh.
