04/08/2011 Entry: "Travel week day 1: MSP-SEA"

So it's travel week for me. I'll be away from home for almost a week exactly. Thursday afternoon Angie and I flew from Minneapolis to Seattle. Not great sitting in row 45, but at least we were together. The Seattle lite rail was a great way to get downtown and we were about 3 very small blocks away from the Alexis Hotel where we've got a nice big suite for a reasonable price. A corner suite where you can see the water! Sweet! We had a quick round of drinks and food at this Asian place that was in our travel book, Wild Ginger. Drinks were OK. Apps were OK. We should have more of the satay especially since they are a satay bar as well. The time change got the better of us and we crashed early. Today we should be off to Pike Place Market! Can't wait!
