1985-12-06 New Order London UK Central London Polytechnic - I bought a wonderful piece of vinyl with this show in NYC in the summer of '86. Once of my favorite NO shows, but I haven't listened to it in years. 1987-12-05 Prince Minneapolis MN Fine Line Music Cafe - Very jazzy performance. This is supposed to be a new and cleaned up. Sounds better than I remember, but not solid. 2010-02-07 The Who Miami FL Sun Life Stadium - I never need to hear that again. 1979-09-28 Joy Division Manchester UK The Factory - Short segements of a soundcheck. 2005-10-12 New Order London UK Queen Elizabeth Hall - John Peel day. All Joy Division setlist. Broadcast. 1970-11-22 Pink Floyd Montreaux Switzerland Altes Casino - The short show: 6 songs, 110 minutes. Master tape. 1997-05-16 The Cardigans Seattle WA Moore Theater - I love the Cardigans. Such a sweet pop voice, oh and Black Sabbah covers. Previously unreleased master recording. A nice clean DAT. 2010-01-24 Radiohead The Music Box - Benefit concert for Haiti. $600 ticket for a taper? Wow. 1995-03-05 The Chemical Brothers BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix - perfect broadcast, right as they were being renamed from The Dust Brothers. Good early big beat! 2009-07-09 Metric Ottawa Canada Bluesfest - A little bassy and distant. 1971-09-23 Pink Floyd Copenhagen Denmark KB Hallen - New 1st gen transfer. Really really clean. 1985-05-08 Eric Clapton New York City 30 Rock David Letterman Show - Hissy TV quality soundboard from the control room. As the story goes, Paul's Shaffer's request to play White Room is what led EC to start playing older material again, most notably at Live Aid 2 months later. It could be argued that this was the true beginning of his post-rehab comeback. 1983-05-09 New Order Birmingham UK Tower Ballroom - Nice 2nd gen audience. A bit quite. Rocking Love Will Tear Us Apart. 1975-10-02 Bruce Springsteen Milwaukee WI The Uptown Theater - Infamous bomb scare show, but just the second part, the soundboard. Brilliant show. Bruce and the band are completely drunk. Haven't heard this in ages.
