I just called that number and it says that they no longer answer their phone. You can only initiate a phone call by requesting it online in seller central but I cannot access their site anymore, which was the reason I needed to call them in the first place!

I am cocern why my books are not selling. I strongly believe there is a broken link somewhere. Why there is no tech support person you can speak with at Amazon.com
