10/14/2004 Entry: "Microsoft Strategic Architect Forum: Day 2"

Thank god I'm going home. It's just been too much spending all this time away from work, home, and the central time zone. I'm hanging out right now at the Seattle airport. It's kind of an odd place, but much nicer than the San Fran airport.

Today's sessions were pretty good. I learned about the Dynamic Systems Initiative and System Definition Model. That's good stuff. The closing keynote was another in Pat Helland's Metropolis series. He's an extremely dynamic speaker and does an excellent job at comparing the evolution of cities with IT shops. Some day he'll have a book about it.

Obviously you can tell how tired I am through my poor writing skills.
