10/05/2004 Entry: "IBM WebSphere Technical Exchange 2004 in San Francisco: Day 2"

Day two was a bit less exciting. Most of the day wasn't so great... until the WAS 5 Advanced Security Topics presentation. Keys Botzum is a great technical writer and presenter. Today's 150 minute presentation was worth the price of admission. Great stuff. Tomorrow, I'll learn more about JAAS and Custom Authentication. I can't wait!

Nightlife has been limited. By the time we get done and have dinner it's pretty late. I'll get to the Virgin Megastore eventually. This afternoon I got to walk around for a little bit. I went to Kenneth Cole, Gump's, Pink, and some other cool store. I've been trying not to go to stores we have at home.

That's about it. Perhaps day 3 will be better than day 2.
