OK... it's actually the beginning of day three, because I didn't write yesterday. Good keynotes, especially from Ken Schmidt from Harley-Davidson. A great speaker....

The ITSM sessions were pretty good as well. Lots of good notes and things to think about. The most interesting thing that I heard about was the people that were talking about best practices for a Configuration Management Database. Lots of overlap with an Enterprise Architecture repository. Must investigate more.

Good food too. Had a sushi lunch at Tsunami Asian Grill and a good steak at Bouchon. Yes... I must get out of the hotel!
