Nice little METAGroup article... but as usual, they don't really give the punch line. I wonder what the punchline would be....

These are mine... just keep adding!

Answer: None... Architects would design the solution.
Answer: None... Architects would talk about the standards surrounding the maintainability of light bulbs.
Answer: Shouldn't ITIL address this incident?
Answer: None... light bulbs aren't important enough to address directly, only as part of a larger system, such as the power grid, which as you know, needs a lot of work.
Answer: Who cares... just watch TiVo!
