09/18/2002 Entry: "WebSphere Portal Server workshop"

I'm at the IBM Solution Partnership Center in Chicago learning all about WebSphere Portal Server. I'm amazed at how many "professions" fails to follow the very explicit lab instructions. Things don't work and they give up and then just can't figure it out on their own. Oh well.

Went to House Of Blues for lunch. Not bad. The Who is playing there later this month... tickets are $400. Small place... perhaps not worth it for them, but I'd pay that much to see Pink Floyd in a setting that small. No doubt about it!
